For the construction and installation to replace the natural gas system on Myrtle Dr., Seagler Rd., and Andrews Dr in Roberta Georgia. All potential bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractors License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-14. Contractor must be a qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of Georgia and must comply with any Federal, State, and Municipal guidelines and regulations. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the Fort Valley Utility Commission, Gas Department, during regular business hours. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Jack Sapp. The Fort Valley Utility Commission reserves the right to accept none, all or any part of the bid and to waive informalities or technicalities or to re-advertise as appropriate.
