Bidders shall ensure that they have obtained complete sets of Bidding Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared by reliance on incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security shall be a certified check or bid bond. All checks and bid bonds shall be made payable to the Gary Chicago International Airport Authority. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Form provided in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount before execution of contracts. Written questions are due no later than 5:00 PM local time on Tuesday July 8th , 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Owner shall award the contracts to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder pursuant to I.C. 5-32-5 and I.C. 36-1-12-4 (b) (8).
