Description

Renovation of a military facility in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Constructs a high-bay steel frame Corrosion Rehabilitation Facility with reinforced concrete masonry walls, brick and metal panel veneer, reinforced concrete floors, and standing seam metal roof. The facility will include administrative and support space; open mezzanine for mechanical equipment, exterior covered vehicle wash area; disassembly area; welding and fiberglass repair; enclosed blast/paint/curing areas; and reassembly area. As of May 5, 2026, this project is included in the NAVFAC's FY 2026 Quarter 2 Workload Projections. Further information regarding a design firm has not yet been established. This project is expected to be awarded in September of 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
