Uintah Special Service District 1 (the "District") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to install four (4) Romtec pre-engineered restroom buildings across multiple park sites in Uintah County, Utah. Completion: Before July 2026. Ashley Community Park North & South Address: 375 North 1075 West Scope: New 2-unit Romtec restroom building with concessions; new utilities required. Completion: Before April 2026. Naples City Park Address: 1625 East 1900 South Scope: Construction of new 4-unit Romtec restroom with attached concessions and utility room with second story. Add utilities to new building. Completion: Preferably before April 2026. Uintah All-Wheel Park Address: 610 South Vernal Ave Scope: Installation of new 2-unit Romtec restroom building with concessions. Completion: First Priority - to be completed ASAP following delivery. Contractor will coordinate directly with Romtec for delivery and installation timelines. Estimated Delivery: October 2025. Site preparation, concrete foundations, utility connections, finish work, permitting, and inspections are the responsibility of the contractor. All construction must comply with local, state, and federal codes, including ADA requirements. All work must be substantially completed by August 2026.
