Add Alternate - 1.5-Inch Asphalt Milling: As an add alternate to the base project, the contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform a 1.5-inch cold mill (asphalt removal) of the existing pavement surface on Centre Camino. The milling area encompasses approximately 47,472 square feet, between the intersections of Vaquero Senda and County Road. The purpose of this milling is to improve surface bonding, ensure proper overlay thickness, and enhance long-term pavement performance.
