Reference Number 0000392313 Bid Intent Not Available Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for improvements to the existing Gold Hill Tank site, including but not limited to, coordinating the construction of an owner preselected 500,000-gallon AWWA D103 storage tank by a tank manufacturer, along with associated site work including demolition, grading, erosion control, site piping, electrical, and instrumentation as indicated on the project drawings. Piping connections from the tank will extend 10-feet past the foundation by the tank manufacturer for connection by others. Review the pre-selected proposal from the tank manufacturer for coordination items and scope limitations, and refer to the summary of work (Section 01010) for more information. The contract for the preselected tank manufacturer and builder will be turned over to the awarded contractor on this bid.
