The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The City of Morrison reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All work must comply with local regulations and building codes. A formal contract upon selection will be executed/signed by the awarded contractor. This building will provide a facility for city staff to administer services to the public and to operate and maintain such cemetery. The new building will be replacing another building at a different site within the cemetery. The selected contractor will be responsible for: Preliminary design and development Architectural and engineering services Construction and project management Quality control and assurance Obtaining all required permits Post-construction services, including warranty and close-out These are general specifications to meet the needs of Grove Hill Cemetery in the design and build of a new structure. Specific design details are part of the requested scope of services within the RFP. Building Size: Total 2,400 sq ft Shop area is 48'W x 40'D x 14'H / 1,920 sq ft Office area is 12'W x 32'D x 9'H / 384 sq ft Covered Office Entrance area is 12'W x 8'D x 9'H / 96 sq ft *Draft/sketch of building diagram offered as part of this RFP. Please note, the diagram shows the garage door dimensions with a height of 10'. The garage door height will be 12'.
