**As of September 9, 2025 there were no bids received for the project. This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Triangle will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited at this time for the following: Sitework PN - 751/22345.HJD, 990474 The work covered by the Contract Documents consists of improvement to the Van Buren State Park Wastewater System and Day Use Beach Access, located at 23960 Ruggles Rd, South Haven Township, MI 49090. Included in this work is furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, activities and related costs necessary for completing the improvements. Work includes but is not limited to: Wastewater: Removal and disposal of biosolids, replacement of the effluent irrigation pumps, installation of a lagoon aerator, replacement of the existing effluent screen, and installation of two effluent flow meters. Also included is all associated equipment, valves, piping, mechanical, electrical, controls, and site work. Day Use: Removal of existing stair, installation of steel sheet pile wall, armor stone, timber stairs, concrete walkway and railings. The Contractor shall visit the site of the work and shall completely inform himself relative to construction hazards and procedure, labor, and all other conditions and factors, local and otherwise, which would affect execution and completion of the work and its cost. Such considerations shall include the arrangement and condition of the existing structures and facilities, the availability and cost of labor and facilities for transportation, handling and storage of materials and equipment. All such factors shall be properly investigated and considered in the preparation of the Contractor's proposal. There will be no subsequent financial adjustment for lack of such prior information.
