Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of cold mill and asphalt overlay with concrete collars and sewer manhole collars adjusted to grade. Fire Hydrants have been added to the improvements to decrease fire hydrant spacing to improve fire safety along the corridor. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF LAKE HAVASU CITY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Lake Havasu City may reject any bid/proposal/letter of interest not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids/proposals/letters of interest if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so. Project Completion Date: 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
