Lake Havasu City is utilizing a two-step procurement process for selection of a qualified contractor to fabricate and install shade canopies at Main Street Commons Park, located at the corner of McCulloch Boulevard and Querio Drive. In Step One, the City is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified metal fabrication contractors. The scope of work includes fabrication, transportation, installation, and painting of eight (8) additional conical shade canopies which must be exact replicas of the existing structures at the site. Contractors deemed qualified through this initial evaluation may be invited to participate in Step Two, which will involve submission of a formal bid in response to the forthcoming Invitation to Bid. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Lake Havasu City Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Lake Havasu City may reject any bid/proposal/letter of interest not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids/proposals/letters of interest if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so.
