This project consists of installing new chain link fencing, fence posts, corner posts, top rail, caps, gate hinges, and lock hasps on all outfields at SARA Park Ballfields 1, 2, 3, and 4. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to capitalprograms@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by October 31, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Bids must be clearly addressed to the City Clerk's Office, 2330 McCulloch Blvd. N, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403, and received no later than the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above. Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 80 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
