Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

New Transportation Technical Training Center (TTTC) Design-Build Project. Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 10:00 AM MT All inquiries related to this solicitation shall be in writing and submitted via online. Approximate Project Size: 25,000 sq. ft. One (1) electronic SOQ is requested. The College will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a Statement of Qualifications that is not properly submitted. Statements of Qualifications in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically and received on or before the due date and time indicated above. It is anticipated that the facility will be a two-story structure that ties directly into the Mohave College parking lot that is east of the site. 3.7 Removal of existing perimeter wall and landscaping will need to be included and reconfigured to tie into the existing College landscape. 3.8 Walled storage yard will be included requiring approximately 500 linear feet with multiple entrances and securable gates. Walls and gates should serve both security and aesthetic purposes. 3.9 Water and Sewer shall connect to the City system. 3.10 Electricity and Gas will be supplied by Unisource. 3.11 Shade structures should be utilized where appropriate to correspond with traditional weather patterns of the Lake Havasu area in order to assist in controlling heat transfer on the building and the surrounding yard. 3.12 Covered outdoor paint booths are required and capable of painting pickup trucks. Booths must be comparable to the following: iDEAL Side Downdraft Paint Booth PSB-SDD26B-AK. 3.13 Building must be oriented to maximize city and lake views as much as possible as the building location will represent the first view of college property and be utilized for community outreach and specialty events. 3.14 Second level should include large dividable meeting space and direct connection to second level outdoor deck. 3.15 Connected classrooms to large meeting space is desired for overflow and more dynamic use of the facility. 3.16 Three offices upstairs, with two of those being double occupancy offices. Additional multiple occupancy office suite downstairs (4-6 desired). 3.17 Copy room upstairs and downstairs 3.18 Restrooms upstairs and downstairs 3.19 Storage for large meeting space furniture, lab spaces, and similar items 3.20 IT/Data center 3.21 Janitorial spaces upstairs and downstairs 3.22 Exhaust collection system throughout all shop areas 3.23 Floor drains throughout all shop areas, preferably with natural runoff toward the rollup doors 3.24 Compressed air throughout the shop areas; with a redundant backup built in. Desiccant dryer required at the compressor.
