Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the replacement of approximately 12,000 LF of water main varying in size from 4-inch to 8-inch and varying in material from ACP to PVC. The water main replacements will consist of replacing of the existing main, existing hydrants, and reconnecting existing services. Private water service will be maintained throughout construction. 8-inch water mains will be replaced with like size; all other mains will be replaced with 6-inch pipe. All new pipes will be installed as PVC. BONDS: Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to engineeringinfo@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by July 28, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
