**As of August 12, 2025, , the project was awarded to Asphalt Repair Solutions but the awarded amount is not available.** ** Please Refer Bid Tabulation for detailed Bid result** The project work is comprised of furnishing all equipment, labor, material, plant, and superintendence to perform all work necessary to complete the milling and paving of various City streets Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All written requests for interpretations must be emailed to Purchasing Agent Pennie Zucco at Pennie_Zucco@torringtonct.org. A bid bond, in the amount of $20,000 shall accompany each bid. A non-collusion statement for Prime Contractors and any addendum acknowledgement must also be submitted at the time of the bid. The City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid, and to award the contract as it feels will best serve the public interest.
