The Arts Center is a former UCONN Campus is 30,000 square foot facility on 23 acres of developed land. The terrace, as originally designed, is located on the West side of the front of the building, and requires a complete renovation. The project includes the installation of new drainage, hardscape and site elements to create a lively and usable terrace plaza as outlined in the Project Manual and Site Plan. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, AIA Form A-310, having as surety thereto such Surety Company and Companies as are authorized to do business in this State for an amount not less than 5% of the Bid.
