The City of Torrington is soliciting proposals from licensed and insured vendors to provide services for the clean out of a single family residence, outbuilding and grounds. The structure is approximately 1,725 square feet with the outbuilding being an additional 560 square feet. The property is located at 492 Prospect Street, Torrington CT. The selected contractor will be responsible for the safety and security of the work site and must follow all Federal and/or State laws and codes. City of Torrington (COT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide turn-key cleaning services to remove trash and items and disposal from the property located at 492 Prospect St Torrington, CT 06790. o A quote on cleaning the main single-family, two story residence. o First floor and second floor cleaned and left in broom swept condition. o Cleaning of basement left in broom swept condition. o Attic to be cleaned out. o Rear outbuilding to be cleared of all items and trash. o Yard and property to be cleared of any trash or items. o Vendor to provide all dumpsters, equipment and safety PPE. o Vendor responsible for any needed road closures while offloading or removing dumpsters from site.
