Site work and new construction of a civil project in Grand Ridge, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Grand Ridge (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Sewer Extension Hwy 69 The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of constructing a 180 GPM Sewer Pumping Station, approximately 450 LF of 8" Gravity Sewer, (2) Sewer Manholes and 1550 LF of 6" PVC Force main. Additionally, it will include bringing the existing approximate 11,000 LF dry 6" force main into service by testing and making any required repairs. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
