The bid range for this project is $160,000 - $185,000 The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of the construction of erosion and sediment control measures as directed, installation of a wire cable net portal closure, construction of and eventual removal of a safety fence, removal of old concrete block wall, repositioning a 15" CMP, installation of a Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) and chain link fence, upgrade of parking area, paving and the revegetation of all disturbed areas on the site known as the DISMAL ROAD LANDSLIDE PROJECT for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Project is located at 14846 Dismal River Road, Pilgrims Knob, Virginia, 24634 The Work shall be executed with sufficient personnel, equipment and material to complete the work in a period of 120 calendar days.
