Renovation of a swimming pool in Huntley, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
As of September 03, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project generally consists of providing all materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal of the existing pool heater and all installation and testing for two pool heaters, including all necessary piping, power, and HVAC connections. The types of Work to be performed include but are not limited to the following: . 1. Install furnished pool heaters. LOCATION OF THE WORK - The pool heater work site is located at 12219 Lois Lane, Huntley, Illinois 60142. To complete all Work within 90 consecutive calendar days Q/A- Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least ten (10) days prior to opening of Bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an Addendum - Direct questions to Mr. John P.
