The purpose of this bid is to replace the domestic water pumps at GK Maenius Administration Building (the Project), Tarrant County is seeking a Contractor to replace the domestic water booster system package. Bidders shall price ALL items. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest bid meeting specifications. Tarrant County reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interest of Tarrant County. Bidders shall submit as part of its bid the proposed Pumps catalog, guide manual, written specifications, NPSHr Data, General Data, and Technical Data with manufacturer's name, model number, and rating/capacity identified for bidding evaluation, at no cost to Tarrant County and it does not guarantee an award. Unit price shall include all additional fees including but not limited to removal of existing system, delivery, fuel surcharge and any cost required to deliver, install, and commissioning the new entire pumping package at Tarrant County Facility mechanical room. Contractor shall consider shipping terms for all pumps, accessories and all materials under this Contract as FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed. Pre-Bid Conference RSVP: Vendors planning to attend the Pre-Bid Conference are encouraged to RSVP via email to: BidQuestions-RSVP@tarrantcountytx.gov by 5:00 p.m., CST, TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2025. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. Confirmed receipt by Tarrant County of this email is recommended. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a bid and does not attend the scheduled pre-bid conference waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.
