This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This RFQ is issued under full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award.
