Questions Due Date: May 17th 2021, 11:00 PM CDT Tarrant County College District (the "College") is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the NE ODMC RTU Replacement. Log-in contact information for the Virtual Teleconference will be extracted from the downloaded registration files for the RFP solicitation. So please provide the correct contact information to receive the login information. Remove and haul off existing RTU and cap curb. Demo associated electrical, demo a portion of the ductwork, demo associated controls, demo associated control wiring, demo associated condensate piping, and associated gas piping. Install new RTU, curb, electrical, condensate, controls, and control wiring for new RTU. Modifications to ductwork, structuralsteel, and fire suppression system to accommodate new RTU.
