Site work for a civil project in Chipman, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work shall include the supply and installation of a new bridge culvert over a tributary to Beaverhill Creek, located 4 km southeast of Chipman (SW 21-54-18-W4M). The culvert will be located 47-degree RHF skew to the local road, centred at Station 5+550.000. The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic accommodation Site isolation, turbidity monitoring, and fish capture and release Demolition and disposal of bridge structures Excavation, including geotextile filter fabric Supply and assembly of culvert materials Backfill, including backfill material testing Heavy rock riprap erosion protection Roadway work Permanent environmental protection devices
