Renovation of a transportation facility in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 312-square-foot transportation facility.
As of August 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 27th. 312 SF tenant improvement within existing airport building to provide a new janitor room, lactation room, and pet relief area. Tenant improvement includes new interior non-bearing metal stud partitions, ceilings, electrical receptacles, lighting, ductwork, plumbing, finishes, and door and hardware replacements. Main electrical service is existing / to remain. No site work or modifications to the exterior of the building are proposed for this project. Other Details All personnel assigned to this project, including the selected Contractor, their employees, and subcontractors, are required to obtain badge access. The badging process involves a background check, a mandatory test, and associated fees, all of which are the responsibility of the Contractor. The site is located within the sterile area of the terminal; as a result, construction working hours for this project will be restricted.
