The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department, hereafter referred to as the County, is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide quality, professional workmanship in custodial services at two (2) locations in San Bernardino County. Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 1 year and 2 months beginning on September 1, 2025 and ending on October 31, 2026. This RFP does not commit the County to award a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The County also reserves the right to terminate this RFP process at any time. Event pre-bid date notes:Attendance at the Mandatory Job Walk is required. The purpose of the Job Walk is to ensure the Proposers have a complete understanding of the scope of work and the work environment to avoid any delays or performance issues. Proposals received from those Proposers who are not represented at the Mandatory Job Walk will be disqualified. Representation at the Job Walk will be determined by prospective Proposers signing in both prior to the Mandatory Job Walk and at the conclusion of the Job Walk. Sign-in sheets will be collected at the beginning of the Job Walk and late arriving and early departing Proposers will not be allowed to sign the sheet. All questions will be answered, and both the question and answer will be posted as an Addendum to the RFP in online. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
