Site work for a civil project in Mara, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of stabilization of a landslide located at 11.5 km on the Ashton Mara East (Skyline) FSR. Works will include: Drilling, blasting, loading and hauling of rock material required for the channel works and slope stabilization. Removal and disposal of the existing 800mm culvert, 600mm culvert and flume, and existing log crib retaining wall at the site. Placement of rip rap to stabilize creek channel. Removal of existing landslide material and placing a rockfill buttress.
