Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Haven, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of West Haven is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services related to the design and regulatory permitting of shoreline and upland facility improvements. The April Street Boat Dock serves as a boat launch for public and emergency vehicles, as well as a staging area for emergency rescues and recoveries. This project will design multiple docs allowing the launch to be usable in most stages of the tide. The project will also focus on adequate boater parking and the functionality of the parking area. All questions regarding this request for qualification should be directed by email to Kathy Chambers, Senior Buyer Procurement Analyst, City of West Haven, at online. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. Proposals which do not incorporate our requested format, including quoting items as described, will not be considered. Unless otherwise stated in the solicitation. No alternate responses will be considered unless alternate responses are specifically requested by the City. The City reserves the right to award multiple vendors under this solicitation. Expected Completion Date of project 5 months after the execution of the contract The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
