**As of August 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Parisi Construction, LLC, with an awarded amount of $ 293,010.85** This project consists of tennis/basketball courts and fencing replacements. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Fitchburg, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed Contract and Bond within 15 calendar days after award of the Contract. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with an executed Contract in form prescribed by the City of Fitchburg, will be required of the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of installation of tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, fencing, landscaping and related miscellaneous items and work. Question Deadline 07/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
