**As of August 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Parisi Construction, LLC, with an awarded amount of $266,373.50.** 2025 Basketball /tennis Court Rehabilitation This project consists of tennis/basketball courts and fencing replacements. Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of installation of tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, fencing, landscaping and related miscellaneous items and work Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Fitchburg, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed Contract and Bond within 15 calendar days after award of the Contract. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
