Renovation of a medical facility in Meriden, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility.
The City of Meriden is seeking to engage the services from qualified, certified and licensed Engineering Firms to provide Architectural, Engineering and Design Services for the Renovation of Meriden Health Services Facility first floor and Board of Education School second floor, 165 Miller Street Meriden, CT 06450 which together totals 40000 Square feet and sits on 3.6 acres of land. Participating firms must demonstrate substantial experience providing similar services, and experience with CIF and State of Connecticut school construction funded projects. The Consulting Architectural firm will be required to provide any necessary survey and environmental documents. Firms responding to this request should be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the assignments briefly described herein. Question Submission Deadline: July 23, 2025, 4:00pm
