Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Canmore, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 133,458-square-foot, six-story above grade, 330-unit multi-residential development; and retail development.

Plans call for a new mixed-use development in the Palliser Area (Moustache Lands) may include two apartment buildings with 330 non-market, affordable housing units with commercial space. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal from Architectural Prime Consultant services has been issued. Method of delivery will be Construction Management; an RFP is forthcoming. Construction start is planned for 2026. Preliminary construction budget is $56 million.
