Reference Number 0000392519 Monroe Metropolitan Sanitary Sewer System Jetting and CCTV Inspection . As part of the City of Monroe Preventative Maintenance Program, quotes are requested to clean / jet and CCTV approximately 5,090 lineal feet of sanitary sewer line ranging in size from 36"-48" within the City of Monroe (see attached maps). Cleaning / jetting / root cutting of the sanitary sewer lines prior to the video inspection of the line are required. Some pipe may have high flows, require heavy cleaning, and have roots that need to be cut for CCTV. 90% of the pipe shall be free of solids, sediment, & debris. Bypass pumping may be required & shall be included in the bid prices. Video inspection of the cleaned sanitary sewer line, noting the condition of pipe, footage, taps, defects and manhole numbers in accordance with the most current NASSCO PACP standard, at least 75% of the pipe wall shall be provided at all times. Bid price shall include any necessary traffic control and or permits.
