Reference Number 0000394212 The City of Monroe is inviting interested developers to submit a proposal fulfilling the City's goal of reactivating the site of its former central fire station site at 75 Scott Street. Proposals are being solicited from responsible and established developers known to be experienced and engaged in similar redevelopment efforts. Satisfactory evidence that the bidder has the necessary capital, equipment and personnel to do the work will be required. Please note, this is an amended proposal of a prior proposal that was issued in 2021 and has been updated to meet the current expectations for the site.
