Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) of approximately 5,390 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch sewer main. The project also includes rehabilitation of 2 manholes (32 VF of lining). A 10 percent bid bond or certified check payable to Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance and Payment bonds to the District in the amount of 100 percent of the contract, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the Districts interest All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Question Deadline 08/01/2025
