**As of September 26, 2025, the project was awarded to Walter B. Davis Company for Early Demolition portion with an awarded amount of $210,000.00** Business Administration Renovation (Interior Demolition) The interior demolition scope is intended to expose all existing conditions in preparation for the upcoming renovation. Originally constructed in 1969, the Business Administration Building (BAB) is a two-story structure with approximately 35,000 gross square feet. The building has remained vacant in anticipation of this interior demolition phase, which will lay the groundwork for the full renovation.
