Renovation of a municipal facility in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

2025 Gene Emery Building Re-Roof The project consists of the following approximate principal items: 15,000 sq ft Roof 60 mil Membrane minimum Reuse Ballast 6 EPS Insulation R-25 Replace All Roof Vents 25 Year Warranty The work shall be completed by October 15, 2025. Each bid is to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Finance Director. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid, executed by the BIDDER as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this State, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to him, he within 10 days after Notice of Award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of his bid and provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Bid Bond and Contractor's License Renewal Certificate shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope attached to the outside of the Bid Envelope. Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. Each Bid shall be marked on the outside of the envelope, the date of the proposal, the name of the Bidder, and acknowledgment of any Addendums that were received or online. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold bids for a period not to exceed 30 days from said date of opening of bids.
