The City of Fayetteville is seeking a second properly licensed professional to submit a bid for asphalt materials for the third quarter of 2025. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 The City of Fayetteville encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Fayetteville encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises. Any bidder providing a service must be registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State by the bid award. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
