Okaloosa County EOC had an extensive audio-visual system (AV) that was updated in 2024/2025. The continued warranty service (for the replacement of any defective parts and the maintenance of the AV system) and the continued service agreements to replace the warranty service have both expired for portions of the AV System. The updated portions are under warranty. The vendor shall provide complete system maintenance and emergency support for the entire system and provide warranty service as indicated below should a part fail or become defective, that was covered under the original maintenance agreement. Vendor shall have a 24-hour, 7-days a week technical support center and on call staff. The preventative maintenance package must include annual on-site maintenance, replacement parts and equipment, including product manufacturer management; labor including a toll-free line with 2-hr call back time limit. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
