All work on this Contract is to be completed within/by June 26, 2026. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 7/23/25 by 2:00pm. Question Deadline 07/30/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Derek Jeffers at Derek.Jeffers@oneonta.edu and to Killian Miles at kmiles@csarchpc.com. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
