The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of influent screw pump equipment, removal of primary clarifier equipment and conversion to fermentation tanks, construction of oxidation ditch splitter box, construction of two oxidation ditches, construction of mixed liquor splitter box, construction of two final clarifiers, conversion of anaerobic digestion tanks and facilities to WAS holding tanks and facilities, construction of RAS pumping facilities, and modification of existing biosolids processing building for installation of biosolids drying equipment. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price.
