Old Bridge Ice Arena Boiler Replacement. Installation of a new fin tube boiler system and domestic hot water holding tanks, including removal and disposal of old equipment and related debris. The Township of Old Bridge is seeking bid proposals for replacement of fin tube boiler and holding tank the Old Bridge Ice Arena located within the Old Bridge Township Municipal Complex, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge NJ 08557 The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids for the above listed contract in whole and/or in part which do not comply with the specification and/or the statutory requirements.
