Ruel Field Shed Improvements Roofing and siding repairs at Ruel Field 29 Locust St., Oxford, MA 01540. 1. Furnish all Labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the following: a. Shed No. 1 (Siding and Roof Replacement) i. Siding 1. Remove damaged plywood from building 2. Remove and replace 2"x3"x8" boards mounted on block walls 3. Install new plywood 4. Install new monogram vinyl siding to entirety of the building a. Color selection to be approved by Town prior to installation. ii. Roof 1. Remove existing asphalt shingles 2. Install synthetic underlayment, 8" aluminum drip edge at eaves, new GAF HDZ architectural shingles, and ridge caps b. Shed No. 2 (Roof and Siding Replacement) i. Siding 1. Remove damaged plywood from building. 2. Remove and replace 2"x3"x8" boards mounted on block walls 3. Install new plywood 4. Install new monogram vinyl siding to entirety of the building. a. Color selection to be approved by Town prior to installation. ii. Roof 1. Removed existing rolled roofing. 2. Install 1/2" insulation over prepared surface and fasten. 3. Install new P.T. Nailer on perimeter of the roof. 4. Install 0.60 TPO reinforced membrane over the prepared surface and flash all penetrations to meet manufacturer specifications. 5. Install new edge metal. c. Shed No. 3 (Roof Replacement) i. Roof 1. Removed existing rolled roofing. 2. Install 1/2" insulation over prepared surface and fasten. 3. Install new P.T. Nailer on perimeter of the roof. 4. Install 0.60 TPO reinforced membrane over the prepared surface and flash all penetrations to meet manufacturer specifications. 5. Install new edge metal. d. All Sheds (TYP.): i. All waste materials will be discarded into a dumpster and taken off site.
