Construction of approximately 420 SY of concrete sidewalk, 660 LF of curb and gutter, including 400 CY of unclassified excavation, 220 TONS crushed surfacing, 240 TONS HMA, 8 curb ramps, 320 LF of storm drainage, landscaping, site amenities and related improvements.
