Rotomill 2 Depth 540 SY; Rotomill 4 Depth and Pave Binder Course 3 Depth 110 SY; Soft Area Repair with Millings 50 SY - only if needed; 1 & 2 Wearing Course 70 TN; and other specified work - all quantities approximate. Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory bid security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to "Vandergrift Borough." Owner reserves the right to waive informalities, eliminate work items, reduce item quantities up to 25%, or reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the forms provided. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening thereof.
