All work as described within this scope of work is intended to give a general description of the work required for this project. All contractors bidding on this project will be strongly encouraged to visit the job site and are responsible for thoroughly investigating all the requirements for this project and to include all the required work and associated costs within their bid. Measurements are rounded to the nearest inch. o No work is to take place before it is scheduled and coordinated with the Housekeeping Supervisor or Facility Manager. o When starting to install shades in a resident room it must be completed before the end of their shift. (3:30pm) o The contractor must submit a complete and detailed time-line schedule of work to be done for review and approval before any work is to commence. No exceptions will be allowed to this requirement. o All installation included in price for window shades.
