Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor materials, tools, oversight, permits, and mobilization/demobilization required to replace asphalt pavement and bituminous curb by mill and overlay procedures along with placement of new bituminous curb and maintenance and protection of traffic. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Questions Due Date: Jul 31st 2025, 3:00 PM EDT. Questions may be submitted through online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
