The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to invite qualified vendors to provide services for the removal of existing plywood kitchen cabinets and the supply and installation of new custom commercial grade stainless steel kitchen cabinets. The new cabinets must meet all applicable standards for commercial kitchen use, including NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) or equivalent certification, to ensure sanitary, durable, and code-compliant operations. Based on the lowest quote submitted using the supplied Pricing Schedule, one contractor will be selected to complete the work. The arrangement with the successful proponent will be established by means of a Contract based on the quotation form attached to this RFQ. 1. All work shall be in accordance with all local and provincial codes and regulations. All work shall be performed by a qualified tradesman, tested and under warranty for a period of one year from acceptance date of work. 2. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and services including transportation necessary to complete the Work. The intent is that the Contractor provides a complete job. Demolition and disposal costs are to be included in the contractor's quote. Site is to be clear of all debris upon completion of demolition work. 3. The contractor shall be responsible for all damages to the building and services as a result of this work, activities of this work and activities of his workmen or their negligent security arrangements. Damages shall be repaired at contractor's own expense. 4. All products shall be as specified or a prior-approved equal before contractor commences work. The costs of any changes affecting other disciplines, including approved alternatives, shall be included in the contract cost.
