Project No: 23-065 - TN The above designated work shall include the following described construction: Construction of an 8,673 square foot animal services and codes facility with associated grading, paving, and infrastructure The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice, any of the Contract Documents, or any of the following reasons: a. Failure to comply with any prequalification regulations of the Owner, if such regulations are cited, or otherwise included, in the proposal as a requirement for bidding b. Failure to pay, or satisfactorily settle, all bills due for labor and materials on former contracts in force with the Owner at the time the Owner issues the proposal to a prospective bidder c. Documented record of Contractor default under previous contracts with the Owner d. Documented record of unsatisfactory work on previous contracts with the Owner. The City of Lebanon does reserve the right to waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Lebanon further reserves the right to reject all proposals.
