The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to retain the services of a highly qualified firm that will work with the City of Lebanon, Tennessee Utility Department to develop a master plan for the City's property at 200 Carver Lane. The plan will address the current and future needs of the Utility Department, which includes the Utility Administration Department, Water and Sewer Departments, the Police Evidence Room, and a Satellite Police Office. The project will incorporate the expansion and optimization of office spaces, meeting rooms, training rooms, storage areas, and operational facilities. This plan will ensure that facilities align with the needs of the department, meet operational goals, and provide room for future growth. Submittals should NOT exceed 20 printed pages in length excluding cover letter and any appendices. Appendices may include references, detailed resumes, and any other supporting documentation, but shall not exceed 20 pages. Pages shall be no larger than letter size (8 _" by 11"). Those received in excess of this page count may not be evaluated. The submitter shall be responsible for their early delivery. Mailed and hand-delivered Qualifications should be labeled "Future-Ready Utility Operations & Administration Facilities Master Plan" Each firm shall provide three (3) copies of their submission as well as a PDF copy on a flash drive.
