The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPUD) is requesting quotations for "NO PARKING" SIGNS in accordance to the LBPUD needs and/or fund availability. The bidder shall provide all items listed in the Bid Form Section. Question Submittal 7/22/2025 @ 10:00 a.m LBPUD reserves the right to reject all quotes. Questions shall be submitted as follows: o Email: centralprocurement@lbutilities.org The Department will not be responsible for or bound by (1) any oral communication or (2) any other information or contact that occurs outside the official communication process specified herein, unless confirmed in writing. The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year. This contract may be extended by mutual agreement for up to two additional periods of one year each in accordance with terms and conditions stated herein. Pre-Bid Meeting: No Quantities will not be considered in making this award. The award will be based on the unit prices, and percentage discounts given; along with meeting the specification requirements stated herein. LBPUD reserves the right to purchase different quantities at the proposed unit price depending on actual needs. The LBPUD reserves the right, in its discretion, to reject any and all quotes and, to the extent not prohibited by law, to waive any minor irregularity or informality in any quote that does not affect the validity of the quote or does not give the Bidder a competitive advantage over other bidders.
